Riot Games Fails to Fix Toxicity in League of Legends

Riot Games is a company that only cares about its own profits and does not value its players. This is a game with a 15-year history and a very large player base. For years, the biggest problem in the game has been toxic, abusive, and trolling players who get matched into teams. Despite these 15 years, no proper system has been implemented to address this issue, and the problems experienced by players have clearly not been a priority for management.
If you try to contact them thinking they will treat you like a human being, you receive unsatisfying and dismissive responses such as: “The system automatically matches players based on rank, gameplay, and KDA; we do not intentionally place players who throw games or use abusive language on your team.” These responses feel misleading and insulting. We did not design this so-called automatic system. The reality is that it does not work, and there is an obvious, unresolved problem.
For some time now, many people—from regular players to streamers—have been openly saying that matchmaking in League of Legends is bad, and that they would never play the game if they were not streaming it. Whether you come home from work looking to relax, trying to relieve stress, seeking enjoyment, or have been playing for years, Riot Games does not care. The hours you invest in each match, the verbal abuse you are subjected to, and the stress you endure are simply ignored.
Riot Games is a profit-driven company that fails to take responsibility and does not do its job properly.
