My Valorant Account Is Banned & Server Down

I am absolutely furious with Riot Games! I'm trying to log into my Valorant account, and I'm hit with an infuriating "Update server is closed" error. To make matters worse, when I tried to access the Riot Games website, a screen popped up saying, "Sorry, you've been blocked."

This is completely unacceptable. I haven't done anything wrong, yet I'm completely locked out of my account and even your website. This feels like an arbitrary and unjust ban, compounded by a non-functional update server.

Riot Games, you need to fix this problem immediately! Resolve the "update server is closed" error and unblock my access to both Valorant and your website. I demand a swift solution, as I'm being unfairly denied access without any justification.
