My League of Legends Account Was Hacked and I Can’t Get It Back

On 20 September 2025, my League of Legends Turkey server account was hacked. I noticed it the next day and immediately opened a support ticket on Riot’s website (ticket number 117974401, email: d*******@gmail.com). I shared lots of details to prove the account is mine, but since I couldn’t remember some old info, Riot said they don’t believe I’m the owner. I’m not a computer—I can’t remember every detail.

This account is important to me. I bought many skins, spent a lot of money on RP, and even had two-factor authentication active, yet somehow it was still accessed so easily. Now, recovering my own account feels harder than the hacker stealing it.

I want Riot to:

Return my account to me,

Ban the person who accessed it without permission,

Add extra security measures to protect my account.

Once I get it back, I will immediately change my password. I just want this problem solved as soon as possible.
