I Lost Access to My Valorant Account and Riot Support Won’t Help

On June 13, while actively playing Valorant, I was suddenly disconnected from the game without warning. When I immediately tried to log back into my Riot Games account, I began receiving an error message stating, “The information you entered does not match the information in our system.” Since that moment, I have been completely unable to access my account.

It has now been approximately three days, and the issue remains unresolved. The account contains previous VP purchases, and I have provided Riot Support with payment receipts and transaction records as proof that I am the legitimate owner of the account.

I submitted a detailed support request explaining the entire situation from the beginning and included all relevant evidence. However, the only responses I have received so far have been automated messages. I have not been informed whether my account is being investigated, nor have I received any meaningful update regarding the status of my case.

I still have full access to the email address associated with the account, and I am able to verify my ownership through both the registered email account and the purchase records I provided. Despite this, I remain locked out of my Valorant account and have been unable to recover access through the available account recovery options.

I respectfully request that Riot Games conduct a thorough security review of my account, verify the ownership information and payment history I have already submitted, and restore access to me as soon as possible. I also request a clear and detailed response regarding the cause of the issue, the status of the investigation, and the steps being taken to return the account to its rightful owner.

Given the time invested in the account and the purchases made through it, I ask that this matter be treated with urgency and that meaningful support be provided rather than automated responses alone.
