Ria says my transfer is ready for pickup but the receiver can't get it, how can I resolve this?

First, validate that the receiver has the correct reference number and a legitimate government-issued ID that matches the sender's information. Mistakes in the name or document mismatch can prevent pickup.

To double-check the transfer details, log into your Ria account or contact Ria Support via live chat at https://help.riamoneytransfer.com/hc/en-us or phone at +1-877-443-1399 (for US users).

If all information is correct, the problem could be with the payment agent or local partner. Request that your receiver try a different Ria location and check that the outlet is operational and authorized to pay out transfers.

Even when a transfer is marked as ready, system difficulties or local constraints may impede payouts.

You can also contact Ria and request that the transfer be reassigned to a different destination or confirm which outlet is allowed to discharge the payments.
