On December 3 at around 2:00 PM, I made a transfer of €407 (approximately $20,000 equivalent in local currency at the time) from my Revolut account to my own Ziraat Bankası account at the Malatya İnönü University Branch. However, despite the time that has passed, the funds have not appeared in either my Ziraat account or back in my Revolut balance.
In the Revolut app, the transfer still appears as “sent to the account.” On the Ziraat Bank side, the transaction, which I was previously able to see under incoming foreign transfers, is no longer visible, and the funds have not been credited to my account. I have the transaction receipt for this transfer, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I have contacted both Revolut and Ziraat Bank regarding this matter. I called Ziraat and also sent an email, but no solution has been provided and I have not received any concrete response.
I am requesting that Revolut and Ziraat Bank conduct the necessary investigations to locate this €407 transfer and ensure that the full amount is credited to my Ziraat account without further delay.
