ResumeCoach Charged Me Even Though I Only Used Online CV for a Simple Resume

Hello, I have never used ResumeCoach—I used a site called Online CV. I don't know if it’s connected to ResumeCoach, but I paid something like 95 cents for the CV, and recently I was suddenly charged €29.95 out of nowhere. I need to be refunded as soon as possible, otherwise action will be taken. Thank you.
