Unauthorized Charge From Resumaker.ai

I am writing to raise a complaint about an unauthorized subscription charge by Resumaker.ai. I started a free trial on 31 March and unsubscribed on the same day, as I did not wish to continue with a paid plan. Despite canceling on the same day, the service apparently remained subscribed without my knowledge. Today I noticed that my credit card was charged for a subscription that I did not approve, since I had already unsubscribed. I did not receive any clear notice that I would be charged, and I only became aware of the payment when I checked my card. I am using my card from Georgia and this unexpected charge has caused me both financial and emotional frustration. I contacted Resumaker.ai customer support regarding this issue, explained that I had canceled on the same day as the free trial, and asked for help and a refund. Instead of assisting, the responses I received were unhelpful and my request for a refund was rejected, which I find highly unprofessional and unfair. I request that the subscription linked to my account be fully canceled and that the amount charged to my credit card after my cancellation be refunded as soon as possible. I also expect an explanation of how this charge was made despite my timely unsubscribe request and why my support request was not handled properly.
