Renault's Poor Customer Service And Months of "No Cars Arriving"
I've been trying to buy a new car for five months, but the dealership's customer service is always giving me a runaround. They keep telling me that they have no idea when the cars will arrive and that they don't have any in reserve. My friends, on the other hand, were able to purchase cars from other branches, which makes me suspicious. I have a strong suspicion that the customer service team is lying to me about the car's availability and selling the incoming vehicles to their relatives. It's aggravating because all I want is an honest answer and someone to assist me with my problem. It's not fair that some people can buy the cars they want while I'm left waiting and getting the same answer over and over. I've tried contacting them several times, but it appears that they are unconcerned about my situation. I'm sick of being ignored and given the finger. I'm just curious when I'll be able to purchase my new car. It's not too much to expect some honesty and transparency.
