Remitly Transfer Debited but Not Credited to My Bank Account

My transfer amount was debited from my foreign account but has not been credited to my recipient account (Indian account), and I do not understand the reason, as it is taking much longer than previous transactions. Remitly, please help me and contact me as soon as possible. Kindly resolve this problem.
