WorldRemit Account Locked - No Access to Transactions for 6 Months

WorldRemit suddenly locked me out of my account a few months ago, citing they needed "additional verification" to keep it open. They wanted to see things like my passport, proof of address, and bank statement. I sent everything in on the same day, but after that, nothing. There was no confirmation, no update, nothing. I sent follow-up emails and even tried various addresses in case mine didn't go through. I phoned their support line a lot, but I was always put on hold for a long time. When someone eventually picked up, they just said they would pass the problem on to another staff. I never heard back from that "team." It's been more than six months now. I don't use WorldRemit anymore, but I still need to get into my account to get my past transactions for tax purposes.
