I was charged 20 times for ₺249.99 each, even though I never purchased a subscription on Remini. In the same month, my account was charged multiple times (4-5 times in a single month) without my consent. In total, ₺5000 was withdrawn from my account for a service I never used.
I do not have an active subscription listed under my account, and I have never used Remini Pro. This is completely unauthorized and unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund for all the unauthorized transactions. Remini must review this issue, stop these charges, and return my money as soon as possible. I expect a quick resolution and a full refund immediately!
