ReelShort VIP Charges After Cancellation

I had a VIP subscription with ReelShort. On 22/09/2026 I cancelled this subscription and deactivated my account, but they are still charging me the subscription fee. Despite having cancelled everything, my bank account shows new pending charges from ReelShort and these payments continue to be taken without my consent. I have not used the service since the cancellation date and I have no active subscription. I request the full refund of all amounts charged after 22/09/2026 and the immediate cessation of any future charges related to this subscription.
