Cancel ReelShort Subscription

I have a serious problem with a ReelShort subscription that I am unable to cancel, even though I have tried multiple times and followed their instructions. The subscription is being charged directly to my Norwegian debit card from Sbanken / Skandia Bank, and every week 28 USD is deducted under the name ReelShort / Reelshortw. This has already been going on for over seven weeks and is causing a significant and unnecessary cost for me. I am no longer happy with this service and I clearly want it to stop. On 17 September I emailed ReelShort to request cancellation of my subscription, because the app does not provide an easy or clear way to cancel from my phone and none of the options I tried worked. They replied only with a general guide explaining how to cancel the subscription by myself. I followed their instructions, but despite this, the subscription has not ended and the weekly charges of 28 USD are still continuing from my card. I want this recurring subscription to be fully cancelled immediately and all weekly charges taken after my cancellation request on 17 September to be refunded to my card. I also expect ReelShort to clearly confirm in writing that the subscription has been terminated and that no further payments will be taken from my Sbanken / Skandia Bank debit card.
