Reebok Online Store Sneaker Return Issue

In July 2023, I purchased a pair of sneakers from the Reebok Online Store, and the sides of the shoes started to come apart. I contacted Reebok customer service and requested a product inspection. However, they did not provide me with a return code. In April, they sent an Aras Kargo courier to my house, and I handed over the package. For about three and a half months, my shoes have been waiting at the cargo branch. The cargo branch says they haven't received a return code from Reebok, so they can't deliver the package, and it's just sitting there. Reebok customer service representatives keep saying they will handle it immediately but do nothing to retrieve the package from the branch. It's now 2024, people can buy and return jewelry online, yet they can't manage a shoe return. It's disappointing...
