Recently Bought Reebok Shoes Torn After Just 50 Days

45

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Reebok, and unfortunately, they ripped after only 50 days of use. These shoes were only used a few times in an indoor gym, but when I sent them back to the company with four noticeable tears, they claimed it was due to "user error." Upon contacting customer service for assistance, I encountered a discourteous response, and my inquiries were dismissed without a satisfactory explanation for the denial. The treatment received is quite different from what we would anticipate from a brand that has been a part of our childhood.
