Rajabets Fast-Tracks Zero-Balance Accounts but Delays High-Balance Users

I am filing this complaint against Rajabets for unfair practices regarding account verification. My Rajabets username is “mkiransir,” and I currently have a balance of over ₹102,000 in my account. I submitted all required verification documents on February 7, 2026, but even after several days, my verification status still shows as “In Queue.” During this time, I helped a friend create and verify his Rajabets account using the exact same process and similar documents. His account had a zero balance, yet his verification was completed within just three days. This clear difference in treatment, despite following the same steps, strongly suggests that Rajabets is intentionally delaying verification for accounts with higher balances that are ready for withdrawal while fast-tracking accounts with no funds.

I have repeatedly contacted Rajabets customer support about this delay, but they continue to give me the same vague response that my verification is “in queue” and that they cannot provide any specific timeframe. They also claim that they “do not have any information” regarding the verification process itself, which is neither transparent nor acceptable for a licensed gaming platform.

I consider this situation a violation of fair gaming standards and responsible business practices. I request that my account be verified immediately so that I can access and withdraw my legitimate winnings without any further excuses about queues or unspecified delays. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to share all evidence of this discriminatory behavior on major gambling forums and report it to the appropriate licensing and regulatory authorities.
