Rajabets Casino Complaint On Verification
I am submitting this complaint regarding Raja Bets casino, as my account verification has been intentionally delayed, and my funds are blocked despite completing all the requested steps. I created my Raja Bets casino account with the user ID “mallis”, registered mobile number 93924843***, and registered email address Srikanthvision***@gmail.com. On 9 April 2024, I submitted all the documents requested in the app for verification. My Aadhaar card front and back, as well as my selfie, were approved, but the overall account verification remained pending. Later, the chat support team asked me to submit an electricity bill, which I also provided as instructed, and I am fully willing to proceed with Aadhaar authentication as well. Even though I have complied with every verification request, my account is still not fully verified, and my wallet balance cannot be withdrawn. This situation has persisted since April 2024 and has caused me both inconvenience and financial stress, as my own money remains locked in the account without a clear reason or resolution. I request that my Raja Bets account be fully verified as soon as possible and that my withdrawal be immediately enabled so I can access my wallet balance. In addition, I am seeking appropriate compensation for the long and unjustified delay in verification and for the period during which I have been unable to use or withdraw my funds. I kindly ask for your support in ensuring that Raja Bets resolves this issue promptly and transparently.
