Rajabets Not Giving My Withdrawal Amount

I am writing from India to report a very serious issue I am facing with my Rajabets account with the username “Anup5322”. For the past 5 days, I have been unable to withdraw my funds, and my account verification is stuck in “pending” status without any proper response from your side. This problem started when I attempted to make a withdrawal. At that point, Rajabets requested verification documents, which I promptly submitted as required. Despite providing the documents, my account has not been verified, and the system continues to show my verification as pending. Because of this, I cannot access or withdraw my funds, and I currently have approximately 7 lakhs blocked in my Rajabets account. I have also tried to contact Rajabets' support by email, but I have not received any reply or explanation about why the verification is delayed or what additional information is needed. The lack of communication and the continued delay in verifying my account while such a large amount remains locked is causing me serious concern and distress. I request that my account be reviewed urgently, my verification be completed without further delay, and my withdrawal be processed so that I can access my funds. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why the verification has been pending for days and why my emails have gone unanswered.
