Rainbow R-Start Vacuum Head and Battery Failure

My Rainbow R-Start vacuum cleaner doesn’t clean properly because of a problem with the main head attachment. Although I was told the battery would last for an hour, it only works for about 10–15 minutes. The suction was claimed to be very powerful, but it barely picks up any dust. Every time we call technical support, they send a salesperson to our home who tries to sell us another product instead of fixing the issue.

I have been using my Rainbow R-Start device for about 4 months, but the front sensor is faulty, so the device does not work properly. The suction power is very low, it cannot fully pick up dust during cleaning, and it is definitely not a suitable product for dusting.
I purchased the product through door-to-door sales, and it has become inefficient in such a short time, which has caused me a lot of trouble. Every time I request technical service, only sales representatives come to my door, and I can never actually access real technical support or service. Since I have never received the performance I expected from the product, I request that my Rainbow R-Start device be replaced with a new one or that the amount I paid be refunded to me. If my request is not fulfilled in a short time, I would like to state that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in accordance with my legal rights.
