I am using Quotex from Mauritius and recently tried to deposit USDC via the Polygon network using a GiftMeCrypto voucher. I redeemed the voucher and the transaction on the blockchain shows as successful, but in my Quotex account the transaction is marked as failed and no funds were credited. The relevant transaction hash is 0x4749404cfc36dad62d060303073c0f0b42bf2252e120f8f0 469b031b1ed4283a. This issue has been ongoing for about six days since the money left me. During this time, I have been constantly in contact with Quotex support. Instead of resolving the problem, I was asked to record a video using an external wallet that I did not use for this transaction and to show transaction records there, which is not relevant to how I actually made the deposit. After six days of continuous replies to support, I have now been told that my account may be closed, which is very worrying given that my funds are already in limbo. I request that the failed deposit be fully investigated based on the actual GiftMeCrypto voucher redemption and the Polygon transaction data, and that my USDC be refunded directly to my personal wallet, since it was never credited to my Quotex account. I also ask that no action be taken to close my account in connection with this disputed transaction and that I receive a clear written explanation of the outcome.
