Quotex $20 Deposit Failed but Money Not Credited to Trading Balance

Today I transferred 20 USD from my Moniepoint Microfinance Bank account to my Quotex account via bank transfer. On the Quotex payments screen the transaction first appeared as “processing” and then changed to “failed”, and the 20 USD has not been credited to my trading balance. In the screenshot from today, the Quotex platform shows multiple failed 20 USD bank transfer deposit attempts dated 17/10/2026. Despite these failures, my intention was to fund my Quotex account, and I do not see the 20 USD credited anywhere in my Quotex balance. I request that Quotex urgently review these failed bank transfer transactions and either correctly credit the full 20 USD to my Quotex trading account as intended or clearly explain the reason for the failure and how it will be resolved. I ask for this issue to be handled as soon as possible so I can use my account without further problems.
