Unable to Recover Quizlet Plus Account After Phone Replacement

After my phone broke, I had to buy a new one, but now I can’t access my Quizlet Plus account. I can’t retrieve my membership through either my Apple ID or email because I no longer remember my password or username. Normally, I can restore purchases with other apps, but Quizlet doesn’t offer this option. I’ve already paid for the subscription, and it’s unfair that I can’t use my membership benefits now. The app was once free, but now we’re charged, so if I’m paying, I expect full access. I urgently need Quizlet to help transfer my membership to my new account or provide a solution to regain access immediately.
