Quizlet Charged ₺319 for Annual Subscription, Yet Keeps Asking for Monthly Payments

On December 5, I purchased a one-year Quizlet subscription for ₺319. However, I keep receiving notifications to “Upgrade Your Membership,” and the system continues trying to charge my card monthly. Despite paying for a full year, my account still shows as a free membership, and every time I log in, I’m prompted for additional payments. This constant attempt to charge my card is frustrating and completely unfair, as I already paid for the service. I demand Quizlet promptly resolve this issue by updating my account to reflect my paid membership and stopping the unnecessary charges. This experience has been very disappointing, and I expect an immediate fix.
