QuillBot Refund Not Issued After Cancellation – Still Waiting for My Money
On May 26, I purchased a trial version of QuillBot and canceled it the same day. After canceling, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2-10 days. However, it has now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received my money back. This is extremely frustrating and concerning.
I reached out to QuillBot’s support team, requesting proof of the cancellation, but all they provided was a reference number and told me to contact my bank. When I did, my bank confirmed that no refund request was ever received. This is completely unacceptable for a company of QuillBot’s reputation. I demand that QuillBot resolve this immediately and process my refund. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
