QNB Finansinvest SMS Verification Code Error

The Finansinvest app has been unavailable to me for several weeks at this point. Even though they have disabled SMS verification, the app still requires it in order to proceed with the login process. They instructed me to enter the code that was supplied to me via text message when I called. I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the application, and even removing and reintroducing my SIM card, but the issue continues to exist. During this process, they destroyed all of my text messages. Despite the fact that days have gone by and no one has contacted me, they assured me that they would get back to me. Nobody has offered a solution to this problem.

No action has been taken due to the same simple issue, and I have not been able to log into the platform I have trusted and used for investment purposes for weeks.

No solution has been offered yet; I have been experiencing the same problem for weeks.
