Qantas Changed My Flight Last Minute and Raised Prices With Cookies
Qantas has been one of the most disappointing airlines I've encountered, demanding high fares while providing subpar customer service. Flight times are frequently altered at their convenience, often with minimal notice, causing customers to rush to make adjustments. It's evident that passengers are not a priority for them whatsoever. Additionally, their website appears to be crafted in a way that frustrates customers and prolongs their experience unnecessarily. Their use of Cookies comes across as quite deceptive. For instance, you look up the price of a domestic flight and then proceed to book an international ticket to Australia. However, when you return to book the domestic fare—just moments later—the price has unexpectedly increased. Just a coincidence? I'm not so sure about that. Without tracking your activity, this wouldn’t happen. Honestly, it's more likely you'll hit the jackpot in the lottery than sidestep this clever pricing tactic.
