Qantas Business Class Service Let Me Down Despite Paying for a Premium Experience
Expecting a first-rate experience, I recently flew business class with Qantas but was let down by the lazy treatment. The flight attendants were more preoccupied with talking among themselves than with helping passengers. My dinner was lukewarm, and even though I asked for a drink refill, I waited more than twenty minutes before reminding them. To further aggravate me, the dessert I pre-selected via the Qantas app was "unavailable." The trip felt far from a business-class experience due in great part to the crew's general apathy and lack of attention. Given the premium amount paid, I expected significantly better Qantas' customer service and performance.
