Pull&Bear Won’t Let Me Start a Return for an Online Order
I purchased a product from Pull&Bear online, but the fit turned out to be much narrower than expected. Because the item does not fit properly, I would like to return it. However, I have been unable to start the return process in any way.
It has been two days since I received the order, and I still have not been provided with any information regarding which shipping company should be used for the return or what my return authorization code is. Without these details, I am unable to proceed with the return despite wanting to do so within the allowed return period.
I have repeatedly called the contact numbers listed online, but I have been unable to reach anyone. I cannot get through to customer service, receive return instructions, or obtain any information about how the process is supposed to work. As a result, I am left without support and unable to exercise my right to return the product.
I want to return the item within the legal return period and receive a refund to the card used for the original payment. If I am not contacted promptly and my return process is not initiated as soon as possible, I will be forced to pursue the appropriate legal channels to protect my consumer rights.
