Pull and Bear Shoes Ripped after Three Months, Company Denies Responsibility
the shoes totally ripped after only three months. even though it's super obvious that there's a defect, they're telling me it's not a manufacturing issue. I gotta say, be careful before you buy anything from this company. Their response has been totally unhelpful, so just watch out...What really sucks is that I bought shoes in both colors, and both pairs have had the same issue. This problem keeps making me wonder if the product is any good and if it will last. I just don't get why the company would deny that there's anything wrong with the shoes when it's so obvious. As a customer, I just want the stuff I buy to be decent quality and hold up when I use it regularly. When you start seeing defects so quickly, it's totally normal to think that there's a problem with how it was made.
