Ordered UGG Boots for Pickup – Store Fails to Deliver or Assist
On October 26, 2024, I ordered a pair of UGG boots online for pickup at the Bursa Korupark store. It’s been several days, yet I still haven’t received any update, and there’s absolutely no customer service to assist me. When I asked the store about the order, I was rudely dismissed with a simple, “We don’t have it,” as if I hadn’t paid for the item.
I feel completely disregarded and frustrated by the lack of support from both the store and the brand. I expect timely updates and proper assistance, not to be treated poorly for simply wanting my purchased item. I urge UGG to address this issue and provide a resolution, whether it’s delivering my order or offering a refund.
