PUBG (Pubgmobile.com) Ignored My Account Recovery Request Despite Clear Evidence
My PUBG mobile account was stolen 2-3 years ago and I managed to log in recently, but it was recaptured. I generally go through these. I sent an account recovery request, and today we corresponded with customer service several times, but it says that my request has been rejected, but for some reason, when I query my request, it appears to be being processed. My request contains a lot of evidence about the past, specific details, and I have submitted all the details, problems, answers and counter-arguments to the relevant section in the request form. OK, my request is being processed, but customer service says they rejected it, so I think there might be something going on.
