Hello, I used to play PUBG Mobile a few years ago but stopped for a while. Recently, I tried to access my old account only to find that it had been banned. Upon checking my email, I noticed several account recovery attempts from last year, indicating that someone had tried to hack my account. Unfortunately, I didn’t see those emails at the time.

It appears that my account was first stolen and then banned due to unauthorized activity. This is extremely frustrating as I invested significant time and effort into building my account. I am requesting that you investigate this issue and provide a solution to restore my account.
