PUBG Mobile Error 9999-15 on iOS — How to Fix Google Login Problem

I play PUBG Mobile on my iOS device. As of yesterday, whenever I try to log in using my Google account, I keep encountering the error code 9999-15. This issue only occurs when logging in with Google — all other login methods work fine.

To fix the problem, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and also tested it on different networks, but nothing has changed. So far, I haven’t contacted PUBG Mobile customer service.

My user ID is 5166*2503.

I would like to be able to log in with my Google account again without any issues, and I request that the 9999-15 error code be fixed as soon as possible.
