PUBG Mobile Keeps Giving Me Error Code 9999.2001 - I Cannot Log In

I can't log into my PUBG Mobile account, and it's been five days now. Whenever I give it a shot, I keep getting a “login failed” message along with the error code 9999.2001. I’ve attempted to reset my password, but I’m not getting any verification codes sent to my phone or email. It’s really frustrating because I have no clue what’s behind this problem, and there hasn’t been any update or explanation. I sent in a support request, but I still haven't received a response. It’s super frustrating to be locked out of an account I’ve worked on for years, especially with no clear idea of when it’ll get sorted out. I just want to find out what’s happening and when I can get back into my account.
