PUBG Banned My 6-Year Account After Using Gameloop Emulator Without Warning

UID: 581183779
I’ve had a 6-year-old account, and on August 12, I decided to play the game using Bluestacks Emulator. However, it kept crashing every few minutes, so I deleted it. A few days later, on August 17, I logged into Gameloop Emulator and saw that my account had been banned for 10 years. I filed a claim and explained the situation clearly, but it was rejected.
For my objection, I’ve been explaining the situation to customer service at "[email protected]" multiple times since August 18. However, all I get are copy-paste responses saying, "Your account indeed violated our terms." They are completely ignoring my requests and don’t seem to care about my problem. I know Bluestacks is safe but isn’t Gameloop their official emulator? How was I supposed to know using it would lead to a ban?
I understand my account seems to have "violated" something, but there was no warning that using an emulator would result in a 10-year ban. I didn’t do anything intentionally—I just wanted to play the game on my PC. Despite explaining this, they keep saying my account won’t be reinstated.
Please, I just want my ban to be lifted. There’s no point in banning my account. I’ve put in so much effort—it’s 6 years old. I even bought the Royale Pass for this season on August 12, thinking I could play, but thanks to customer service, it’s all wasted.
