Yesterday, at around noon, someone managed to gain unauthorized access to my PUBG account. ID: 5362****16. I'm having trouble accessing my account. Is there any way to resolve this issue? I need assistance, otherwise I will be forced to submit a formal complaint. I would like to regain access to my account. This isn't the first time the person who took it has done something like this. I am unable to send messages at the moment, so I kindly request your assistance. If this matter is not resolved, legal action may be necessary.

I logged into the dead account via Facebook. My last username was Orest, and the previous one was Kabus.
