Unable to Access My PUBG Account After Update, No Support Response

After the recent PUBG update, I can no longer log into my account despite knowing my account ID. I’ve tried every possible method to resolve the issue, but nothing works.

I’ve reached out to PUBG support multiple times through Instagram and Facebook, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve spent significant time and effort on my account.
