PUBG Mobile Performance Issues Persist Despite Device Upgrade

I have been experiencing significant performance issues in PUBG Mobile for over a year, including character lag, screen freezes, and severe slowdowns. Initially, I encountered these problems on my iPhone 11 and iPad Mini 6, which led me to upgrade to an iPad Pro 4th Generation. However, the issues persist, making stable gameplay nearly impossible. Basic actions like aiming and movement are a frustrating struggle.

I contacted PUBG Mobile customer support multiple times, providing detailed explanations, videos, and recordings of the problem. Each time, I was told the issue had been identified and would be resolved in the next update. Unfortunately, despite updating the app as instructed, the problem remains unresolved.

PUBG Mobile, I urge you to take immediate and effective action to fix these issues. This ongoing lack of resolution has made the game unplayable, and as a dedicated player, I expect a prompt and permanent fix.
