I Face Unjust Ban on PUBG Mobile Despite No Cheats, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
About 2–3 days ago, my PUBG Mobile account was banned on my Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra device without any reason. I have never used cheats or third-party tools, yet my account was suspended.
My Account ID is 5100*22.
I currently have an active Season Pass and ongoing in-game purchases linked to this account. I have spent over ₺5,000 in total, and while I haven’t lost any items or data, my access has been completely restricted.
After the ban, I contacted PUBG Mobile Support, but I received no clear explanation and no resolution was provided. Before this issue occurred, there were no unusual logins or suspicious activity on my account.
I request an immediate review of my account, a full refund of all my payments, and I formally state that if this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
