My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5144*****57) has been banned unfairly, and I am extremely disappointed. I have spent significant money on this game—₺1500, ₺280, ₺300—and now I am unable to access my account without a clear explanation. How can you impose such a ban without proper justification?

This is deeply frustrating as I’ve invested not just money but also countless hours in PUBG Mobile. I kindly request that you review my account and lift the ban immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to stop playing the game entirely. Please take action and restore my account access promptly.
