Pronet Refused to Remove Devices and Continued Charging Me Despite My Requests

I've been working on fixing a problem with Pronet for 10 days now, and I still haven't had any luck. I asked them to take away their devices, but they kept putting it off. I found out that they can't take out the devices until Monday, and that's the day I'm leaving the country. If I don't take the devices out, I'll keep getting charged. When I suggested taking out the devices on my own, they said no, and it made me feel trapped. It feels like they're making me stick with their services, and I'm just not into it anymore. This situation is really stressing me out, and I just want Pronet to step up and fix this issue right away.
