We are moving out of Istanbul and trying to cancel our Pronet membership while requesting the removal of their equipment. Despite calling customer service every day and spending hours on the phone, nothing has been resolved. We only have one day left to access the old house, which is a rented apartment. Tomorrow morning, we have a flight, and there is still no solution. I have no idea what will happen to their equipment, and this situation is causing a lot of stress. There is no resolution and no one to address the problem, even though we have made payments and are willing to pay any additional fees required to cancel the membership. We urgently need technical service to remove the Pronet equipment.

They said they would direct a service to the empty house today between 12 and 2 PM, and we arranged for the realtor to be there between 12 and 2 PM. They said they would call one hour before arriving, but the result was a message saying, "We came, but you weren't home." How can we be there when we've moved out?
