Vodafone's Annoying Delay in Processing Postpaid Plan Change




I called Vodafone's customer service on October 14th to ask them to change my monthly plan to a pay-as-you-go plan. Even though they said they would handle the situation, it's been 10 days and nothing has happened yet. I've called them many times, but the problem still isn't fixed, and their customer service seems really unhelpful. The problem has gotten even more confusing because their representatives have been giving me conflicting information, and it feels like my calls have been a waste of time. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how Vodafone has been handling this simple request. They haven't followed through and their approach has been inconsistent. I thought switching from postpaid to prepaid would be easier and that customer service would be quick.
