Pronet Makes It Extremely Difficult to Cancel Subscriptions

I've been using Pronet for my camera and alarm system, and I've been trying to contact them for the past 20 days. However, each time I call, I receive the same response: the relevant representative will contact me. I end up spending over half an hour on the phone, being passed from one person to the next, but the problem remains unresolved. I've had enough, and I'm canceling my subscription. However, it is not as simple as it should be. They claim they can't reach the appropriate representative, and now they're sending messages promising to contact me within three business days. Canceling has become a time-consuming ordeal, and when they do call, they leave one missed call and then hang up. To make matters worse, when I try to contact them via WhatsApp, they're online one minute and gone the next. It's as if they're purposefully avoiding addressing my concerns, and each time I contact them, I end up speaking with a different representative.
