In an unfortunate turn of events, I've become involved with Pronet—a company that not only delivers defective and inaccurate products but also charges withdrawal fees for returns. Their service quality is undeniably poor. What was supposed to be an easy journey turned out to be a nightmare. Countless red flags appeared during my interactions with Pronet. They advertised a 15-day camera recording and a shop alarm feature, both of which were completely inaccessible when needed. To compound matters, their response was evasive and misleading, leaving me frustrated and misled. To make matters worse, Pronet claimed that their products supported live streaming, which turned out to be completely false. Consider this a cautionary tale as I prepare for possible legal action.
