Following the submission of a service request, a representative stated that the door could be replaced and sent photos to the center for approval. However, the center called back, claiming that they couldn't fix the other part and are now attempting to dismiss it as user error. They blamed it on the other person having done something wrong. They are attempting to avoid responsibility by claiming that it was user error, despite the fact that there is no humidity or other factor in that specific area that could have caused the rust. I demand that this troubling situation be resolved as soon as possible.
