Profilo Fridge Shelf Broke Without Any Significant Force

Our Profilo fridge had a shelf break in the door, and it wasn't even holding much when it happened. The company's apparent lack of interest was just puzzling... the shelf gave way without any significant force, seems that the product's quality and durability have fallen short of my expectations. Plus, I have been given poor service by the company's repair department. I can't help but believe that Profilo has not provided the same degree of attention and assistance to its consumers as I've heard from customers of other companies. the fact that they didn't even respond to or take responsibility for this problem tells a lot about this company. I really think this firm might do better if they listened to their customers and made some of these suggestions to enhance their products and customer service.
There is no one even calling back. Profilo is a brand you should regret not choosing.
