It's 2024, and you're still inconveniencing people with lengthy installations. It's quite disappointing that you don't even offer installation slots on weekends. And to make matters worse, there's no guarantee that your technicians will actually show up. Why is this considered appropriate for scheduled appointments? What makes it difficult? I find your system to be quite unreasonable, and I have grown weary of having to wait for the convenience of others.
