Beko Missed My Range Hood Installation Appointment Without Any Notice or Call

I bought a range hood from Beko on December 21, 2024. The installation appointment is set for December 24, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I stayed home all day, but nobody came, and I didn't get any phone call or update either. If the service team is unable to keep the scheduled appointment, what’s the point of giving a specific time frame to begin with? It's really disappointing to adjust my whole schedule just to end up waiting without any updates. Beko promotes itself as a worldwide brand, but the quality of its service is disappointingly lacking. I was hoping for a more polished and customer-oriented experience. I trust that Beko will address this issue and enhance its service processes.
